Carol's Kitchen

Carol's Kitchen

It's a carol that explores sustainable food and sets up a vegetable table. I fell in love with macrobiotics after reading a book I bought at a bookstore I accidentally stopped by during my trip. After graduating from Kush Macrobiotic School, I've been writing a macrobiotic (macrobiotic) practice journal.

Are there any special standards for preparing healthy meals? It's not. If you just know the ingredients that are in season, think about the changes of the seasons and changes in your body, and focus on making harmonious foods, I think that is a supplement. You can find fresh seasonal ingredients, make them freely, and eat them deliciously.

This class will give encouragement to those who have been afraid of cooking. Let's set up a healthy table every day and think about it together!
