<What led you to start the work>

After giving birth to my first child and trying to get reinstated, I became a career-cut girl. I sent my child, who hadn't even given birth yet, to daycare early for my reinstatement, so I was hospitalized once a month from 11 to 13 months, and even had general anesthesia surgery.


I was in a situation where my child had pneumonia and had to be hospitalized on the day I was reinstated, but “I told my boss that I wanted to spend more time on my annual leave because my child needed to be hospitalized.
