Why don't you make a flower cake that's so beautiful that it's a waste to eat, with butter cream that's so tasty that you'll be impressed?

Everyone, have you ever eaten really good buttercream?

My favorite food in the world is buttercream.

I've been fascinated by buttercream since I was a kid, and even when I became an adult, I continued my research, made butter cream that I thought was really tasty, and I was able to make that cream into a rose flower that I could enjoy with my eyes. My heart trembled when it was finished.

In this class, I will generously pack my passion for buttercream and my know-how in making flower cakes.

By the time you finish the class, you will be able to make flower cakes that are so beautiful that it is a waste to eat and that are so tasty that you will be moved when you eat them.

14 types of flower squeezing and 3 types of flower cakes are solid from the basics!

In the class, lessons are repeated in detail step by step, from the basics of buttercream to how to make roses and the part of finishing a cake.

We will carefully answer questions so that participants can ask questions and consultations with peace of mind.

Let's make a flower cake that is so beautiful that it makes your heart feel excited.

Through this lesson, I think there are people who can become flower cake instructors in the future, so I would like to deliver skills and ways of teaching that you can make use of when teaching.

Furthermore, flower cakes tend to draw attention to flower squeezing, but in fact, decoration (presentation) technology occupies an important factor.

This time, we will work together on the theme of making decorations with a high degree of perfection even if the nappe doesn't go well.

I am happy that this class is an opportunity for everyone to think for themselves, “I want to try squeezing this flower with cream” or “what color is it likely to be made of,” when they see a picture of a flower or an actual plant, and try making it.

I wanted to spread the artistry of flower cake to many people, and I wanted them to know about the possibilities of buttercream, so I decided to open a course.

Q. What kind of activities does the teacher do? Please tell me about your teacher!

A. After graduating from junior college in Osaka, I became an office worker at a trading company. As I continued to change jobs, I got a job training computer instructors, and learned coaching to improve my communication skills. I became a freelance training instructor on the occasion of my marriage, and I am taking courses at universities/companies such as coaching, personal computers, bookkeeping, career consultants, manners, etc., and the lecturer business will soon be 25 years old.

Q. How did your teacher start designing flower cakes?

A. Since I was a child, I have loved decorated cakes topped with buttercream roses.

Every time I passed in front of cake shops here and there, I looked for cakes decorated with buttercream, and if they sold them, I always bought them, but there weren't many stores that had the ideal buttercream flavor and decoration, and long-established cake shops in Tokyo were the only repeat stores.

However, the store closed, and they said, “If so, I have no choice but to make my own!” I was excited, and it was a 46 course of taking courses at 5 flower cake classes in Kanto and Kansai in order to acquire skills.

It's about 200 hours in terms of time, but I learned with all my heart that I wanted to spread the deliciousness of buttercream and the artistry and techniques of flower cake to the world, and I opened a flower cake class with that feeling in mind.

Q. What kind of experiences do you want the students to have through this class?

A. The desire to “make good” flowers as a model is important, but not only that, they are so obsessed that they forget about time, what kind of ingenuity should you try next? I want you to experience how fulfilling a moment is to cherish your own time, such as making your thoughts circulate.

Children (flowers made of cream) that have been created with that kind of thought have the role of always being used in decorations, even if their appearance is slightly out of place.

In that sense, it's just like us humans. I want you to narrow it down while thinking about how to make use of these kids without judging by just “squeezing it neatly” or “collapsing.”

Q. Please give a message to the students!

A. “I want you to enjoy it!” It's just one word. It's easy to see, but since the movements of the left and right hands are different, there are actually people who are confused and depressed by the difficulty. Actually, that was the case with me. When I found time, I repeated the exercises, and it gradually took shape, but apparently it took me three times longer than the average one.

Actually, I was very worried and distressed, but it was shocking that the front of my eyes brightened up with one word from my husband, “I have to enjoy myself first,” and it became a smooth left and right movement.

So for you too, “Have fun with yourself first!” I will give you the words
