A dessert that makes you happy if you share it together
Hallo Nana is running a home baking and home cafe account on Instagram after finishing school called “Le Cordon Bleu”, a French confectionery school in Australia. I want many people to feel the joy of tasting sweet desserts. Therefore, I want to make a dessert that anyone can easily make at home, and a dessert that makes me happy when shared with my loved ones.
Desserts that anyone can easily make at home
Let's learn home baking with Nana!
Every time I run a home baking account, I received a lot of inquiries about 1:1 classes and one-day classes, but I didn't get a chance, so I would like to greet you with an online class like this! In this class, we'll help you make delicious desserts without the need for expensive ingredients, starting with basic techniques such as matching the consistency of cream.
I want everyone to be able to easily make their own unique desserts at home, just like the desserts that vary depending on the use of different ingredients.
It doesn't have to be too perfect. Let's enjoy a sweet dessert together!

What do you learn?
Learn the basics of home baking
For those who are making desserts at home for the first time, we'll teach you step by step from the basics. After learning about the whipping concentration of cream (find out the difference between 70%, 80%, and 90%) and a recipe, you will learn how to apply that recipe. For example, if you learn basic tiramisu, I'll help you make a variety of menus with just one recipe so that you can make Earl Grey tiramisu and strawberry tiramisu using that recipe.
Even if you don't go on a cafe tour
Simple and cute plating at home
You'll learn how to plate marasino cherries, which are popular these days, using various cream concentration methods. Of course, each dessert has a different decoration that needs to be used, so I'm going to tell you which decoration is suitable for each dessert. I would also like to learn how to plate in the direction you want.
How to make a basic drink that goes well with dessert
I'm going to make Einspener, which is the most basic drink. Even if you don't have to use a coffee machine, try making delicious Einspenner, strawberry smoothies, and green tea drinks with a beautiful gradation, even if you don't have to use a coffee machine, even if it's an instant coffee you usually have at home.
Recipe notes (PDF file)
Even after the lesson is over, we'll provide additional recipe notes so you can continue your baking journey!

Curriculum

Nana
I'm Nana, and I make desserts on my 'nanasserie' account on YouTube and Instagram.
After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in Australia, I continued to upload my own desserts to social media and asked, “How can I share recipes with people?” After thinking about it, I decided to conduct a home baking class where anyone can easily make it at home in class 101.
My favorite time of day is a dough made from butter, sugar, and flour
It's time to wait until they're all baked in the oven.
While patiently waiting for the sweet smell that comes out of the oven
Time to relax while washing dishes and drinking warm tea
I want others to feel at home.
Create your own hobby called “home baking” in a busy daily life
I want that time to be completely spent just for myself.
