Thinking for creatives

If you're looking for your own creation, it should be an opportunity to gain awareness.

Why don't you use transparent watercolors to draw a delicate and transparent beauty painting?

There are high hurdles in transparent watercolors drawn with a brush.

It doesn't turn beautiful, the picture turns brown...

From detailed expressions using the tip of a brush, you will learn how to blur beautifully on a large surface, and expressions with sadness, and tell you how to finish a beautiful jinga that combines gentleness and strength.

Nice to meet you, I'm Sioux, a beauty illustrator.

In this class, you will learn techniques using brush and transparent watercolor unique to Sioux, and learn how to express fantastic and gorgeous backgrounds and create delicate and beautiful textures.

Also, if you are looking for creative ways of thinking for creative beauty, tips for exploring your favorite things and worldviews, and your own creations, you should be able to find opportunities to gain awareness.

Watercolor paintings that are romantic and make you feel somewhat Japanese

The reason I paint beautiful women with transparent watercolors is that they are delicate and transparent yet have a deep depth of color, and that they can express soft expressions with fluctuation. And above all, the colors I'm drawing are so beautiful.

The moment you soak the paintbrush in water, scoop up the paint with the tip of the brush, put that color on a round plate, and melt and spread.

The moment you put color on drawing paper and draw a brush.

Time to bleed dark colors with a brush soaked in water.

When I use transparent watercolors, I feel that each work is very beautiful.

The reason I use a white pottery plum plate instead of a plastic palette is not only convenience, but it may also be that I can feel the beauty of the paint when I'm drawing.

Learn coloring while having fun drawing, just like a science experiment

While being familiar with transparent watercolors, I create lace patterns, fantastic textures, etc., and draw flowers. I will draw 4 beautiful beauty paintings, including a coloring book for coloring practice.

I will draw a fantastic and sad female figure while incorporating expressions such as expressions of hair fluttering in the wind about the expression of flowers, the expression of female skin, and the beauty of gestures and expressions.

Also, in class, you draw pictures on one drawing paper notebook, so by the time the class is over, that one book becomes a collection of your work and becomes a reference book to look back on your learning.

The fun of using transparent watercolors to create the world you want to draw is an energy that surpasses suffering and boosts excitement even when drawing any difficult work.

I will fully convey the appeal of transparent watercolors through the class.

Graduated from Tokyo Zokei University School of Design I. After working at a design office and working in graphic, web, CI, etc., he became a freelance illustrator in 2007. He designs a wide range of book binding drawings, magazine cuts, package illustrations for cosmetics, supplements, etc., and corporate logos. In recent years, he has been focusing on “The Little Mermaid” from Andersen Monogatari.

The coloring of transparent watercolors and delicate expressions are techniques I learned by myself, so I will tell them in an easy-to-understand manner as possible in order to convey them to people again.

I think the points that each student wants to get are different, such as those who are worried about the color becoming cloudy or those who want to learn fantastic watercolor textures. I think it would be nice if I could carefully help push everyone's backs one by one.

Q. What kind of experiences do you want the students to have through this class?

A. By telling people who are attracted to my paintings my own way of dealing with paint, I'm not afraid of transparent watercolors, and I would be happy if they could experience something like the skin feeling of “I see, watercolor is like this.”

Also, I would be happy if you could enjoy the beauty of the changes in transparent watercolors, which can only be experienced when handling paint.

Q. Please give a message to the students!

A. Let's complete the work while enjoying the moment you put actual transparent watercolors on the drawing paper and the beauty of the colors in the process of drawing.

There are many parts where you concentrate on your fingertips and draw delicate lines, so it should be a mindfulness time where you can switch from your hectic everyday life and concentrate on drawing time when you notice it.

Since it's an online class, you can recommend it slowly at your own pace without hurrying, so if things don't work, you can start over as many times as you like.

Please ask any questions you don't understand about the class content. I'm really looking forward to meeting so many students online!
