I'm a charcuterie YouTuber mature man!

Based on the experience of learning cooking in France, Italy, and Spain, I am running the first charcuterie YouTube channel in Korea, the “Agesung Man” channel. As a first-year meat charcuterier trainee, I trained my expertise under the training of technical advisor Lee Jung-woo, who has 45 years of experience in meat processing. Based on their knowledge, they share their knowledge about processed meat through Naver Café, a charcuterie club called “All About Aging.”

What's charcuterie?
