Your own original outfit! Why don't we start making clothes together?

Nice to meet you, I'm Hana!

I am engaged in creative activities centered on making costumes and illustrations.

There are no ready-made products, but I want to wear clothes like this! Why don't you give shape to that thought?

For those of you who think “there are few opportunities to touch sewing machines” or “you want to try making clothes, but don't know how to make them,” I'll tell you how to make clothes in an easy-to-understand manner!

There are many things that have a feminine image of everyday work. I'm good at girly and delicate things, but since customers request various images other than that, I also make things that are close to them.

In this class, I hope to be able to teach you a wide range of things, from the basics to applications of everyday wear, so let's enjoy making things together!

Challenge original works only here

This class is recommended for those who want to continue making costumes and those who want to try their hand at making their own clothes. They will be asked to experience everyday wear, and they will teach you how to connect to costumes and design ideas.

Let's start with the basics of sewing machines, and of course how to get rid of them, let's make original clothes that are unique in the world using actual kits.

Make costumes that give shape to your own thoughts!

I'm clumsy, so I'm interested, but I haven't done it. For those who think, that was the case with me at first! I had no experience at all until I went to fashion school, but I structured the class with the hope that through this class, we would like people to level up together and feel close to making clothes!

Why don't you enjoy making original costumes together through this class?

I usually do activities such as creating costumes and providing illustrations by myself while being an apparel designer. Work scenes etc. have also been uploaded on Youtube.

The reason I started making costumes was that I liked clothes since I was little, and I went to a fashion vocational school when I was a student. After graduation, I got a job as an apparel designer, and while I was working, I fell in love with a certain costume at first sight, and it was because I wanted to try it too.

Creator Interviews

Q. Why did you decide to offer online classes with CLASS101?

It was triggered by a call from A.CLASS101. At first, there were no classes making costumes or making clothes yet, so I had a strong feeling that I wanted to accomplish something that no one else had done and that it would be an opportunity for many people to know about it.

Q. What points did you put the most effort into when planning the class? Who would you recommend this class to?

A. It's time to choose the fabric. Costumes aren't something I can do everyday, so I'm at a loss as to how to make clothes that keep my personality. Since it is completely original, you may think at first glance that the dress in particular is a simple dress, but we are particular about sleeve tucks, back styles, etc.

Q. What kind of experiences do you want your classmates to experience through this class?

Also, please say a word to your classmates!

A. I want people to feel close to manufacturing. I hope you enjoy the excitement of making something original. Actually, I couldn't even stop the ball at first! That kind of person is fine too! Let's make something cute by making things together!
