The only way to add color to sediment is to mix pigments or natural powders, but in order to clearly express the desired color, an appropriate formulation method is important.

Hello :-) I'm “Sweet Flower, Moonflower” who runs the Angeum Flower Mochi Cake Workshop.
I love flowers, so I wanted to do something related to flowers. However, like many people, time passed by devoting myself to parenting after marriage. As soon as I was worried that I wouldn't be able to do anything if it was too late, I came across an anggeum flower mochi cake that both parents and children could eat healthily and deliciously. Exactly 3 months after that, it continued until the establishment of the business, and now I am running a workshop.
Every day I am very satisfied with being able to raise children in parallel, and above all, being able to make beautiful and healthy cakes with my own hands. I wanted to help people who have the same concerns as me or want to learn something new, so I prepared a class with the designer “Koongma”.
