In 2006, I worked as an instructor at the MCRD in San Diego, USA, on MCMAP (Marine Corps Martial Arts Program), physical training, and various special trainings to strengthen mental strength for the US Marines. In Korea, since 2011, I have been working with the US Marine Corps Expeditionary Force and Scout Sniper Force Recon as well as training on various contents to teach self-defense know-how from beginners to experts He is the one who changed the lives of many people by passing on.

Now that every pattern of life has changed due to COVID-19, everything was uncomfortable, right? Therefore, I would like to introduce physical training and self-defense techniques that you can do at home.

“Combat Self-Defense is a program with more than 24 contents for about 8 weeks (about 2 months), and as a US Marine Corps military arts course that has not been seen at all in the self-defense courses that have been seen at home and abroad, it is a program where you can not only improve your physical fitness in a short period of time, but also manage your habits mentally through the effects of learning self-defense techniques. Through combat self-defense, you will find a much better lifestyle than you do now and lead a more vibrant life~^^

Before entering full-scale combat self-defense, all of your classmates will conduct 4 assessments and surveys (questionnaire evaluation, static evaluation, body fat analysis, diet survey)! After that, if you participate in and manage the program, you will be able to easily reach your desired goals.

During my military life, I served as various instructors/professors based on my experience working in special forces, worked as an interpreter/translator between allied trainings, and completed the Doctoral Language Course at the U.S. Marine Corps DI School (MCRD), leadership course (SOI), and US Department of Defense (DLI) while studying abroad. ~^^

I have experience in teaching various subjects to foreigners and Koreans at home and abroad, and the combat self-defense program is designed for those who want to learn various martial arts techniques at once. In particular, it is a program specialized in the tendencies of the MZ generation (a trend that focuses on experience rather than black belts), and has various experiences and know-how, and has launched a “combat self-defense art” dedicated to the home.

Don't ask, at this time when crime is becoming more diverse, if you approach my body with the idea that I protect it, it will be an opportunity to learn self-defense skills and diet at the same time.


Currently, KKM Kravma is a senior professor at the combat school, senior tactical instructor/education director of BULLET-K (PMC), and KKM Kravma is working as an association instructor/foreign cooperation committee member, and has published a number of books, starting with “Building a Recon Marine Body in 8 Weeks,” “Scout Sniper,” and “Combat Diving Manual.”
