Hello everyone I'm a cell dad.

This video is currently the one I use the most

A summary of the “one-page technique”

How to use diaries and notes

This is a thought organization skill.

(I didn't use spaces to use the “one-page technique” itself as a single word ^^)

▶ One page technique

One-page technique < 90% off>

90% off for more people to watch

(I didn't do a proper promotion, but I didn't know that so many people would see the one-page technique.

Thank you so much.

A lot of course students left comments rather than reviews. I'm writing to the main page because I want to express my gratitude to everyone.

We will continue to do our best to make good self-development videos.

Always be healthy and happy ^^)

I recommend videos that will help you if you take the course along with the one-page technique!

I'm personally a bad writer, so I want to disclose the records I've written as much as possible

I don't like it, but... there's a “course I have to show you” in this video

It was captured in the video as is without filtration.

The notes used in the video are Yang Ji's Creative 356.

The pen is a jelly-type blue pen.

I use a diary every day.

Use a diary the size of the palm of your hand.

When the size is small and you want to expand your mind and use it comfortably,

When I just want to take notes on anything, I also prepare a separate sheet of paper.

I also use one notebook.

Edit Image Info

My favorite notebook is a plain notebook with no form at all.

This is because if there is a form, I will try to record it according to that framework.

I don't like being stuck in a mold, so I use ignorance as much as possible.

The one-page technique is literally

It refers to recording everything on one page.

Whether you use a sense of reading,

Whether it's making a bullet journal,

Whether you're writing a diary,

No matter what kind of record you record, making it one page

This is the ultimate goal of the one-page technique.

The company called “Toyota” has a unique culture.

It is an “action” that employees must do when they want to do something.

That action is

Preparing a sheet of paper.

Because I'm only going to use one page, to be precise

Page 1 may be a more accurate representation.

Because of how to use this one-page page that I learned after joining Toyota

There is a person who reduced the number of overtime hours over 400 hours a year to zero.

Suguru Asada, author of the book “The Art of Summarizing on a Sheet of Paper.”

If I, as an individual, alone emphasized the importance of one page like this

It may not be convincing enough.

But think about it.

Even a giant company called Toyota knows the importance of this page 1.

It's not just Toyota.

Many domestic companies also know the importance of page 1.

If I have anything to report at the company I went to

I submitted a simple and clear one-page report that can be understood within seconds.

A company with an old-fashioned idea that likes thick and large amounts of reports

It was written down.

Instead, a simple and clear one-page report that can be seen at a glance no matter who sees it

You can save your boss's time

More important than that

It can save your time.

Summarizing on one page has a lot of meaning.

1페이지기법의 장점

▶ One page technique

For example, imagine you've watched 10 courses.

I looked at 10 lectures on one topic and summarized them on 10 pages

To summarize this back to page 1, you need to focus your thoughts.

Also, if you can't summarize on one page at a time, divide it into two or three times

You will go through a summary process.

In other words, the process of making one page itself

It has the effect of repetitive learning.

Just in case,

“How do I reduce page 10 to page 1?” Lago

If you think about it, this is also explained very easily in this video.

If you use this method, it will be solved right away.

Trust it. It will be.

1페이지기법 가시성

▶ One-page technique visibility

The amount of 2 pages 3 pages even when writing a diary or reading book

If you continue the process of finally making 1 page every day,

One day, when you want to look for information again

The information summarized on page 1 is very 'visible'.

Simply put, it's easy to see at a glance.

At a glance, if all the information is recorded on one page

Look at that one page without having to look at it as you move to the next chapter

You can check the information.

It's very convenient

It's a very efficient method.

Edit Image Info

Based on what I learned in a book called How to Study the Blue Pen

I like the way to take random handwriting and look at it

Even at this time, in the end

I have a habit of making it one page.

There is no limit to the areas of use on one page.

When a company creates reports.

When creating meeting minutes.

When students organize what they have studied every day.

When organizing a diary.

When I write a diary.

When using mind maps.

When brainstorming.

When studying for a certificate.

When studying English sentences.

Feel free to use all the content on one page in your own way

If I could make it,

How much benefit will it be?

I can confidently tell you from my own experience.

What is the one-page technique

If you only use it properly in your life

It will definitely help you.

This is what this video covers.

What is the one-page standard?
Things to keep in mind when recording content with different topics in a notebook
Writing only one topic on one page
Randomly recording (record before you think)
Notebook, a way to expand without getting stuck in the limits of paper
“Conclusion” that must be entered on page 1
How to make plans using mind maps and Mandalat thought organization skills
Page 1: “Output”, the ultimate goal

Thought organization is an analog method, directly with pen and paper

There is a way to record

Another method is a digital way to organize thoughts.

디지털 도구 vs 아날로그 도구

▶ Digital tools vs analog tools

Typical tools used to organize thoughts

Analog method (pen and paper)
Digital method (smartphone, Galaxy Tab, iPad, laptop, PC, etc.)

In this video, it's not a digital method

The analog method is recommended.

I think the analog method of recording and taking notes is unconditionally good

I have my own philosophy.

The reason is that the digital method can only be felt in the analog method

I can hardly imitate that feeling.

Basically, digital devices are heavier than analog devices.

By default, digital devices must be “charged.”

The digital device may turn off due to an error.

Sometimes when I have this kind of experience, it's really... dark right in front of me.

Everything that was recorded for a few hours has disappeared from the digital device.

Anyone who has experienced it can guess what it felt like at this time.

Other than that, digital devices, notebooks, and pens

Everything you feel is different: touch, hearing, sight, and sense.

I like it best when I keep taking quick notes with paper and pen

Ideas come to mind.

Maybe I'm alone with all the thoughts within me

I don't know if it's just “brainstorming on my own.”

Edit Image Info

Many records created with 1 page (or other materials) like this are given to their owners

It may be a more valuable asset than gold.

I now have a lot of records in the storage binder on my desk

I think it's my identity.

If you look at my records, maybe you

I'll be able to see the identity of a person named me.

As such, the records that he has collected are very valuable records for that person.

Everyone, too, uses the one-page technique of your precious identity

Why don't you gather all the songs and develop your life? ^^

Thank you!
