Hallo
I'm Shin Sam from Eurasian Porcelain.
Hallo I am the happiest and most excited porcelain artist Shin Sam when he is drawn to the charm of porcelain art and when pottery is fired from a kiln. I'm glad to see you in class 101.
Welcome to the world of porcelain art
Porcelain painting has a pattern on white porcelain, so anyone can do it even if they don't have a knack for painting. Don't hesitate to try it out!
It has excellent artistry, so it can be used as an interior accessory for a home or cafe, and can also be used as a tableware for real life at home. For those of you who feel that porcelain painting is new to you, I'll tell you more about porcelain art from now on.
About porcelain painting
Porcelain painting paints paint on a surface that has already been glazed, so you can freely modify it until you enter the kiln baking stage. If something is wrong while drawing, you can delete it and redraw it.
Since the surface becomes smooth again if the primary work is done, baked, and then sanded, it is also possible to draw a finished picture with a three-dimensional effect through secondary work.
Porcelain art with these characteristics is a craft that anyone can easily learn as a hobby.
Also, unlike other painting arts, porcelain painting uses powder-like pigments mixed with oil to make paint. Sketch and color using porcelain ink paper. There is a porcelain pencil, so for simple sketches, you can draw directly on pottery without using ink.
You don't need to erase the sketched pencil lines and dark spots because they will fly off when firing in the kiln.
If you draw a picture on the desired white porcelain surface with pigments mixed with oil and bake it in a kiln at 800 degrees, the paint will seep under the glaze and will not be erased permanently.
Various techniques of porcelain painting
There are a variety of techniques for porcelain painting, from traditional techniques to modern techniques.
There are various techniques such as European style, American style, oriental style, modern style, etc. It has the advantage of being able to capture all the paintings in pottery, such as paintings that look like Korean paintings, the paint-like feel of watercolor paintings, modern designs, animations, and pen paintings.
While taking porcelain art classes
I saw firsthand how children and adults of all ages enjoyed porcelain classes while running a porcelain workshop, and it was rewarding to see students happy and satisfied with their own work completed after class.
One of the anecdotes that impressed me the most during the porcelain class is that a student in the lower grades of elementary school decorated his house with his own work, and then his parents and friends came to the house to play, and bought his friend's work directly. Also, among those who took the adult hobby class, they gave their own works as gifts to their families on their anniversaries.
Also, if you leave your hobby and learn more professionally, you can also take classes and sell at flea markets or online.
Anyone can do it, and it's profitable in many ways.
Put a comma in your busy everyday life with porcelain art.
You can also heal your mind by drawing on white pottery with a pencil or brush with a warm, affectionate analog sensibility.
Let's meet in class:)
We have prepared classes so that you can take porcelain classes online and anywhere in class 101, which are mostly conducted only as face-to-face classes at the workshop.
I would like to be able to experience an unfamiliar craft called porcelain firsthand in class 101. Thank you for your interest and support.
Hope to see you in our class.
✅ The design of the work to be taken will not deviate from the subject due to the difficulty adjustment for the students, and the class will be conducted with a design modified and created by the artist himself. I would like to inform you that the text and the photo design of the work in the curriculum are for illustrative purposes only.

Hallo I'm Shin Sam from Eurasian Porcelain. I majored in crafts at Yeogo and American University, and it's been 10 years since I discovered porcelain by chance while teaching students while managing an art school and teaching students, and fell in love with the charm of Asian-European royal pottery. I'm currently working as a porcelain artist. I am most happy and excited when I paint on pottery or when pottery comes out of a kiln. There are designs on white porcelain, so anyone who doesn't have a knack for painting can do it. It has excellent artistry and is great as an interior accessory, and can be used as tableware in real life at home.
