I was curious about my heart, which is different from others, easily becoming anxious and weak.

It takes a day or two to call and confide in a friend every time it's hard.

My writing began by pledging to write my mind down on a piece of paper with no answers.

I have prepared this class because I want to share the beginning and process with you.

Rather than just sending out the many feelings we feel in our lives, I think it is essential to have time to understand myself by noticing them moment by moment, writing down the reasons and feelings, and understanding myself.

Find your own emotional & behavioral patterns

I will uncover patterns of mistakes that come from actions and feelings that are latent in the unconscious and that I didn't even know. I'm going to have time to study case studies of behavior patterns that I've been doing, unconsciously or consciously, and find out where those patterns came from.

There is a high probability that the behavior and emotional patterns we are doing have been formed since we were very young. When I go back to the past, I'll find out why I felt that feeling at that time, and why I acted like that.

Difference between thoughts and feelings

Do you know the difference between feeling and thinking? When writing, it is important to separate feelings and thoughts. If you mix feelings and thoughts in your writing, you may end up writing something you regret because of your choices and feelings.

Through this process, you will be able to find the root cause of an action or emotion that made you difficult, that you didn't know where it began, and be healed through writing.

I'm going to write a letter to my inner child who stayed in the past when I was a kid. If we find our inner child who has been hidden deep in our hearts for a long time, we can offer words of comfort to that child and write a letter to that child, so we can heal our psychology and fundamentally resolve our behavior and emotional patterns.

Hello, I'm Son Hyun-nyeong, a writer and lecturer. Since 2017, I have been running a program called Psychological Writing that combines psychology and writing. After conducting an offline “Wounded Inner Child” psychological writing class for over 5 years and 80 times over 5 years, I learned that having to listen to the stories in our hearts is something we can never avoid for happiness in our lives.
