Hallo Nice to meet you.

I'm Son Hyun-nyeong, an artist.

I was anxious and curious, so I started writing. Starting with my first book in 2016 <I prefer you<I love you> <I love you less, I have to love you less> > <To this unfortunate me> <so honest and so secretive I did.

The topics in these books all have the same resolution.

This is because it is directly related to the “mind.”

I was curious about my heart, which is different from others, easily becoming anxious and weak.

It takes a day or two to call and confide in a friend every time it's hard.

My writing began by pledging to write my mind down on a piece of paper with no answers.

I have prepared this class because I want to share the beginning and process with you.

Try to answer the questions below.

If any of the above questions apply, then this class might be a good solution for you. I would like to combine “heart” with “writing” to deliver “getting to know me” time to everyone. Rather than just sending out the many feelings we feel in our lives, I think it is essential to have time to understand myself by noticing them moment by moment, writing down the reasons and feelings, and understanding myself.

We work with you throughout the entire process of writing, from beginning to end.

How to get started when the first sentence is difficult (find inspiration in books, movies, and relationships)
Writing that recognizes the emotions of the moment
Create a single sentence by filling in sentence elements around a verb
A comforting writing that no one else can do, that only I can do for me

Recognize the emotions of the moment

어떤 감정을 느끼고 있나요?

▶ What kind of feelings are you feeling?

It's difficult to express the feelings I feel in writing. That's why it's important to catch the emotions of the moment! “Just try it out! “I'll show you how to describe feelings through various examples other than “.

Find your own emotional & behavioral patterns

I will uncover patterns of mistakes that come from actions and feelings that are latent in the unconscious and that I didn't even know. I'm going to have time to study case studies of behavior patterns that I've been doing, unconsciously or consciously, and find out where those patterns came from.

There is a high probability that the behavior and emotional patterns we are doing have been formed since we were very young. When I go back to the past, I'll find out why I felt that feeling at that time, and why I acted like that.

✅ Example pattern 1 - It's hard to say no! I don't like it. I can't make a good sound!

✅ Example pattern 2 - It's hard to expect others. Stay alone and avoid it.

✅ Example pattern 3 - I have an obsession to do well

Difference between thoughts and feelings

생각과 감정을 분리해 볼까요?

▶ Let's separate thoughts and feelings?

Do you know the difference between feeling and thinking? When writing, it is important to separate feelings and thoughts. If you mix feelings and thoughts in your writing, you may end up writing something you regret because of your choices and feelings.

So we need to practice tracking incidents. I'm going to practice finding repetitive patterns and following those thoughts through examples.

✅ Example pattern 1 - failed the test! Why am I sick when you're fine?

✅ Example pattern 2 - I am willing to compare myself with others! I wonder if it's okay?

✅ Example pattern 3 - What parts of me are sensitive to?

What can we gain from this process?

Through this process, you will be able to find the root cause of an action or emotion that made you difficult, that you didn't know where it began, and be healed through writing.

I'm going to write a letter to my inner child who stayed in the past when I was a kid. If we find our inner child who has been hidden deep in our hearts for a long time, we can offer words of comfort to that child and write a letter to that child, so we can heal our psychology and fundamentally resolve our behavior and emotional patterns.

There are plenty of great writing classes everywhere.

This class is more than teaching you writing techniques and techniques in a professional manner This class combines writing with knowing how each person's mind works and what they feel. I hope that writing will be a good material for understanding “me.”

I hope that writing about the mind will become a daily habit in the midst of a series of changes that you can accept if you know, understand, and understand yourself.

If we want to go to the 3rd floor, we will start from the 2nd floor,

If you want to go to the 2nd floor, you must go from the 1st floor.

Please set aside the goal of writing beautifully right away and set a goal of taking time to listen to our hearts and understand and accept “me.” Let's start with a simple goal of writing a line that looks into the mind every day.

I consider myself a prepared teacher and spent 3 years preparing the appointment notice. Then one day I came to a swamp of panic disorder and anxiety. What saved me from that was none other than writing.

There are times when you feel uneasy, when you feel bad because you push yourself or don't get recognized by others. There are times when this melancholy sinks to the bottom without being able to understand where it came from. Let's write with me. I'm going to slowly get to know the feelings that are constantly being turned away by writing. Then our hearts will be so excited that we will keep telling our stories.

Then you might be lucky enough to find the answers you need on your own. After all, the reason and answer for everything is within me.
