Copies are not pictures; they draw creative works.

Hello, I'm Junbeom Kim, a painter who loves art so much.

More and more like facts, there are so many materials in this world about how to draw well. But among them,”How to draw creativelyThere's not much data that tells us”. Why the hell is that?

Contemporary art is so difficult!

Some people say, “Contemporary art is too difficult.” Because of this prejudice, they also regard art as completely out of touch with everyday life. However, this idea is half right and half wrong. The elements that make up contemporary art are no longer tangible technical skills Invisible ideas account for 99%It's no exaggeration to say that. You have to approach it from a relative perspective rather than an absolute perspective, and you have to approach it from a horizontal perspective rather than a vertical one.

What is a relative and horizontal perspective?

Simply put, “This picture was better drawn than that one.” It is difficult to truly understand contemporary art from the perspective of comparing superiority and inferiority. Currently, in the same era, the standards mentioned above have become irrelevant, and the artist's recognition is determined by how unrivaled and creative he is.

At the moment, academic art is...

At this point, the disciple reverses the same finesse of some genius teachers who are no longer talented, that is Academic art is becoming a thing of the past. The biggest feature of this class is learning how to create characteristics that set you apart from others, and getting close to contemporary art, which seemed difficult and remote. Together with me, I would like to conduct a class where I can find my true self.

Please be careful before taking classes!

In fact, it's hard for me to fathom how much of an impact my classes will have on you! For some people, my class may not be very relevant; on the contrary, for others, it may be a class that is very relevant. To be firm, if you want to complete all of your studies within the class time with me, please click the back button right now. This is because the results will vary from place to place due to the accumulated time spent painstakingly exploring one's self outside of class time.

The mindset of “pointing” rather than “teaching.”

I'm just A compass that points in the directionIt's just that, Direct interference or advice on painting style will not be provided. Among the directions mentioned above, the most important element is “tips for seeing everyday life around you in a familiar yet strange way.”

Things you can learn in class

Through this lesson, you will be able to quickly and easily understand modern and contemporary art history through drawing. I will also continue to practice the process of organizing and synthesizing scattered thoughts and visualizing them. Finally, you'll learn how to carefully record and organize completed works and how to create a portfolio.
