Class introduction

Are you unsure how to relate anatomy to your members when teaching exercise? If you are wondering how to use anatomy in practice, which you only studied in writing, this course will help you solve it. One of the most difficult things about applying anatomy is that the theoretical part is not well organized. The theoretical part of exercise guidance is also important, but if you know exactly about functional anatomy, which is a basic discipline that explains movement well, you can provide guidance close to the correct answer.

Course effect

1. Leaving simple memorization, you will understand functional anatomy with your head.

2. You can add functional details when coaching exercises.

3. You can see what movement patterns occur in members' bodies.

4. You can identify strengthened muscles and missing muscles.

5. You can learn the functional anatomy of the actions (functions) required for exercise.

Recommended Class Eligibility

1. Those who dream of growing as an athletic instructor

2. Intermediate athletes who want to improve their athletic ability

3. Those who are curious about anatomy

3 reasons why this class is special

❶ No more memorizing! Understanding functional anatomy

The anatomy required for exercise is functional anatomy relating to action (function). The lecture did not emphasize the point of contact with this point, which is an element of memorization. However, since I emphasized the action a lot, there are many parts that I think of and understand in my head. You may feel that it is difficult because it is a different method from the way you used to study, but if you do your best until the end, you will definitely gain a lot.

❷ Focus on large muscles, dealing with core muscles

Of the many muscles in the human body, we only dealt with the core muscles, which are large muscles that can be used in practice. If you learn the functions organized in the curriculum sequentially, it will be easier for you to imagine them in your head and use them in practice. I knew the area I wanted to exercise, and even covered its effects. If you know the action, you can activate the associated muscles and get the exercise effect more efficiently.

❸ Present everything from basics to direction

It is a course that combines all targets, such as intermediate students who want to get better at exercising, and exercise instructors. In order to apply functional anatomy to motor movements, I included various parts, from basic parts to terms describing direction, movement of the relevant joint, skeleton, and muscles. By mastering this course, you can add confidence in the way you teach.

Kim Taeseong

Hello, I'm Kim Tae-sung, CEO of Healthy Academy. I would like to learn about the most basic muscles in exercise and movement. The main content is the function of muscles, so you can learn about what kind of movement occurs during contraction and how it affects surrounding joints. Studying muscles through understanding, not memorization! I think it would be nice to try it together:)
