About the class

Hello, this is the truth about thinking about the truth of living well. I'm a person who wants to live a free, fun, and meaningful life. What I like is writing with a style that suddenly comes to mind, opening a window in a house that has been cleaned on a good day and watching YouTube while drinking tea or taking a low breath; what I don't like is a situation where I'm stuck in between but I'm not a party to the conflict; situations where I can't sort things out because my thoughts just diverge; and I worry about situations that haven't happened. In this way, I'm a person who always tries to make my day the best by figuring out what I like and what I don't like, what I'm good at and what I'm not good at. I'd also like to tell you how to get to know yourself and how to make today's day yours!

In this class, I covered basic metacognition, that is, a process that helps me understand and acknowledge my current state as it is!

  • How to use Notion to find what you like, what you don't like, what you do well and what you don't do well

  • How to check why I don't have enough time through a checklist and learn how to make the most of my day

Two reasons this class is special

❶ I thought I'd be happy if I went to Seoul Taiwan

A 'Meta Awareness Raising Project' that makes it easy to get started

I thought I'd be successful and happy if I only believed what adults said and went to Seoul Taiwan. I experienced a huge slump because I was worried about what kind of life I really wanted to live and what I would be happy to do. After I was in my mid-twenties, I was energized by once again searching for what I wanted and how I wanted to live. I wrote that, wrote a book, contributed columns, gave lectures, and ran a YouTube channel through him. In this way, I included metacogic know-how that directly helped me build a meaningful and happy life “to think for myself.”

It's probably something you haven't heard anywhere else. Everyone says “I need to know about myself,” but they can't tell me how to find out. I'll show you the easiest and most enjoyable way to get to know yourself.

❷Created by the creator, 200% practical

MetaCognitive Notion template provided

I'd like to provide a Metacognition template for getting to know me. You can use your phone while lying in bed, or you can type while holding each one in front of your desk. Relax and write about yourself.

Hello, it's the truth of living well. I'm thinking about the truth about living well. I once fell into a rough slump when I became a real member of society. “What on earth have I lived for until now?” , “Isn't this what I thought I would look like as an adult?” , 'What do I want to do? ' I couldn't think of getting away from meaningless self-help and negative thoughts for 2 years. I couldn't help but start thinking about what I had little by little. After talking to me, I realized what I really wanted. So now I'm fully enjoying every day and living my life without losing hope for the future. I definitely want to share my story and know-how with those who are experiencing the same difficulties as me in the past.
