Applicable to everyone from new employees to leaders <Team building using MBTI>

“I'm ISTJ... The person sitting next to me is an ENFP... I don't think it's a good match for me.”

MBTI is a personality type test. However, if you regard this as an evaluation tool, you will make the mistake of biasing that person with only a few characteristics and discriminating against their abilities. There's no such thing as a good type and a bad type. It's a difference in individual preferences, and you should use it as an indicator to highlight what strengths and how to make up for weaknesses within your role and authority.

If MBTI identifies the types of members in each organization and helps them interact appropriately, it is possible to promote healthy organizational growth through communication, leadership, problem solving, and conflict management.

Recommended target

Team leaders/executives who want to identify the types of members and build a strong team
A person in charge of organizational culture who wants to create a smooth communication culture within the organization
All employees who want flexible conflict management and problem solving within the organization

You can positively change your organization through flexible communication, leadership, problem solving, and conflict management.

Using the eight preference indicators, which are the basic elements of MBTI, we identify 16 types of people divided by attitude and function, and identify trends in each. If you judge this as a resource rather than as a standard, you can apply it to collaboration and build effective communication relationships.

We will examine the types revealed in the work environment according to the psychological types of each temperament, and practice acknowledging and accepting the diversity of members of the organization. Maximizing an individual's unique talents can lead to explosive organizational performance.
