About the class

Looking at physical strength, do you need to take care of your health, and are you trying to exercise and eat, but are you wondering if you're doing it right? This class is for those who want to learn about health and don't know where or what to start with when studying economics. You can fill in basic skills in various fields related to eating habits, such as nutrition, eating behavior, and foods you are usually exposed to (coffee, alcohol, nutritional supplements). We also included various tips for situations where it is difficult to manage meals, such as dinners, wedding invitation meetings, 3-4 o'clock snack time, and year-end parties. After attending the class, check your eating habits together so that you can choose a diet and nutritional supplements that meet your standards, and get tips for modifying meals for each lifestyle!

Course effect

  • I can set my own standards for choosing my diet and nutritional supplements.
  • You can fill in basic knowledge about meals and nutrition so as not to be shaken when nutrition-related stories appear on TV and media.
  • Create your own eating habits guide through worksheets.

Recommended target

  • Those who want to balance their health and daily life in a busy life
  • Those who want to know the key points of healthy eating
  • People who have had concerns about coffee, alcohol, nutritional supplements, etc.
  • Those who need tips on eating habits that are difficult to cope with in their work life

2 reasons why this class is special

❶ Let's review my eating habits “Nutritious Worksheet”

Among the Nutritious classes, the one that shines the most is “4 worksheets.” I've specially designed it so that I can put together my problems and solutions. How to check eating habits in the midst of a busy schedule It would be very helpful if you could review your meal situation together! Since eating habits can be easily and sustainably changed by eventually changing to a well-designed scenario tailored to my situation, I limited it to a “class for office workers” and designed the curriculum according to the workers' overall life, night time, and possible exception situations, and included basic knowledge related to nutrition and psychology in the curriculum so that I could build up the common sense needed to establish my own “standards.”

❷ More than a diet, for me as a healthy office worker!

I wanted to create a class for people who aren't interested in dieting. I also wanted to cheer my classmates on not having to feel guilty in the face of food and health. Everyone is trying a little bit to stay healthy in their busy lives, right? I think this is a course designed for busy office workers. I focused on ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle while working.

I'm going to introduce not the pros and cons of food, but how to adjust meals according to the situation and how to replace food. I've prepared tips for each TPO, from basic nutritional knowledge to stories about nutritional supplements, coffee, and alcohol that are deeply embedded in the lives of office workers, and “situations that cause overeating” that often occur in everyday life.

Hello, I'm Ha Ju-yeon, CEO of Nutritious Studio.

I'm a nutritionist and cognitive psychology majoring in graduate school, conducting research on eating psychology, and researching and finding ways for busy modern people to easily practice health.

It's not cool (!) While wandering around in the department I came to according to my grades, I experienced mild bulimia, and my interests expanded into the broad field of eating behavior. I learned that the psychology of eating in everyday life is as important as the field of clinical nutrition, which suggests foods that patients need, and I began to talk about meals from various perspectives.

Nutritious Studio was established in July 2020

We meet many people who are interested in changing eating habits and eating behavior through online and offline classes and 1:1 consultations, and we also often provide advice in related fields. In particular, I was able to plan this class with a much richer content because nutritionist Kim Ye-ji, who graduated from Hanyang University's Master's Program in Clinical Nutrition, and Kang Min-jung, a marketer and involved in video production, joined us.

We had a great time learning a lot personally as the three people with work experience organized classes based on their knowledge, content posted in the community, and various classes tried at Nutritious Studio. I hope that energy will be conveyed to my mates who will be attending the class.

There are times when work life is rewarding, but sometimes it's hard because you get hit by work and sometimes by people, right?

In the midst of that, each of us will be doing our best to protect our health. We just wanted to create a class that would help people to be efficient and proactive without that effort being in vain.

I hope it will be a time to create such a happy and good lifestyle by giving a “sense of guilt” to myself who is struggling and living a daily life, comforting and soothing my difficult self rather than managing my health! See you guys in class:)
