This class was created for classmates who are K-workers who work with the worst leaders and have trouble just thinking about the company. Based on the 'Ken Blanchard Leadership' training being conducted as employee training at large domestic and international companies, we have prepared a class for all of our classmates by organizing it according to the eye level of 2030 employees in Korea.

Through this class, you can develop the ability to manage yourself, and acquire skills to increase your own value by demonstrating your own abilities even in the worst leaders and worst organizations. From how to overcome the “limitations of thought,” which is the worst obstacle to success, to how to set achievable goals, how to diagnose one's developmental stage and identify the appropriate leadership type, how to strategically use one's strengths, and strategic conversation methods that lead to what one wants, etc., you can acquire skills to grow in a career by diagnosing your own competencies in an organization, and develop your own career strategy. With this class, you can develop the power to achieve all of your goals with independence not only in the organization but also in your own lives.

This class uses a leadership model led by Ken Blanchard, the author of “Praise Makes Whales Dance.” Ken Blanchard is a global leadership group as a bestselling author and one of 25 people named to the Amazon Hall of Fame. All of Blanchard's programs are world-class, verified content selected by Fortune 500 companies and are still actively conducting education. Program content is updated every year through research, and the theoretical background is content that has been developed over decades in organizational theory.
