Class introduction

For K-workers who have trouble with their company

Self-leadership against even the worst team leaders

Because of my worst boss until when
Are you going to run away in disgrace?

This class was created for classmates who are K-workers who work with the worst leaders and have trouble just thinking about the company. Based on the 'Ken Blanchard Leadership' training being conducted as employee training at large domestic and international companies, we have prepared a class for all of our classmates by organizing it according to the eye level of 2030 employees in Korea.

Through this class, you can develop the ability to manage yourself, and acquire skills to increase your own value by demonstrating your own abilities even in the worst leaders and worst organizations. From how to overcome the “limitations of thought,” which is the worst obstacle to success, to how to set achievable goals, how to diagnose one's developmental stage and identify the appropriate leadership type, how to strategically use one's strengths, and strategic conversation methods that lead to what one wants, etc., you can acquire skills to grow in a career by diagnosing your own competencies in an organization, and develop your own career strategy. With this class, you can develop the power to achieve all of your goals with independence not only in the organization but also in your own lives.

What makes this class special

By Ken Blanchard, author of “Praise Makes Whales Dance, Too”

Proven leadership classes using a global leadership model

This class uses a leadership model led by Ken Blanchard, the author of “Praise Makes Whales Dance.” Ken Blanchard is a global leadership group as a bestselling author and one of 25 people named to the Amazon Hall of Fame. All of Blanchard's programs are world-class, verified content selected by Fortune 500 companies and are still actively conducting education. Program content is updated every year through research, and the theoretical background is content that has been developed over decades in organizational theory.

“Verified content” means that success can be guaranteed if the content is learned, practiced, and applied. The fact that it is a leadership model that has been most loved around the world for the past 40 years and has been continuously chosen around the world for decades shows that this program is practical content and systematic based on reality.

Moo Yoon-hee, the creator of this class and the leadership expert who teaches all of Blanchard's programs, is the CEO of Blanchard Korea and the only 'Ken Blanchard Global Master Trainer (Ken Blanchard Global Master Trainer) 'representing Korea selected by Ken Blanchard himself. He has worked for multinational companies such as Johnson & Johnson and FedEx, and has been working as the CEO of Blanchard Korea and a 'Global Master Trainer' since 2017 in recognition of his expertise in education and training. We directly teach Ken Blanchard's leadership in Korean and English to executives, leaders, managers, and employees of the “Top 500 Companies” selected by “Fortune” in the US as well as large domestic companies. Even Mo Yoon-hee, a leadership expert, experienced numerous setbacks and failures before meeting this leadership model. However, since applying “Ken Blanchard Leadership” to the organization and life, I have achieved the goals I set for myself and found subjectivity in my life. Now I want to pass on that know-how to my classmates!
