We will tell you how to enjoy scents casually without having to study difficult essential oils, and we will help you to keep your mind and body healthy with scents.
The “kitchen distillation” introduced this time makes “scented water” easily at home.
In addition, I will introduce recipes for drinks and dishes that are easily arranged using the aroma using the three ATRs (ATR) after distillation.
The only ingredients that are the source of the fragrance are familiar things, such as ginger and apples.
As if it were making miso soup, I will tell you the fun of “kitchen distillation,” which I incorporate into my daily life, and plenty of ways to enjoy the aroma.

Q. When did your teacher discover the appeal of aromatic distilled water?
A. When I started owning dogs 7 years ago, I wanted to use aromatherapy for dogs too, so I focused on aromatic distilled water, which until then had only been used for my own skin care. However, aromatic distilled water is expensive when you buy it, and you can't use it generously on dogs, so I learned about “kitchen distillation” that you can make yourself, and learned it as a first-year student when the association was founded 6 years ago.
Q. What kind of experience do you want the students to have through this class?
A. When it comes to aromatherapy, I think there are many people who think that it is a bit difficult or that they have to buy essential oils. But I'm telling you that the world of fragrance is very close to you, and you can enjoy it very casually. And while having fun, the scent is very useful for mental and physical health. I want you to feel that.
