First time at home baking introductoryFor those who do, from the most basic kneading process to confectionery techniques, how to use an oven, and how to pack! From one to ten I'll help you follow along step by step! Come make cookies, cakes, dacquoise, and macarons with me, and even decorate the packaging to share with your loved ones!

3 types of baked goods (shabre cookie & Vienoir cookie & fresh cream scone)

I'll start by making 3 types of cookies that are easiest for beginners to learn. Perfect as a gift or as a snack for kids!

Carrot cake & tiramisu

I'm going to make 2 cakes that you can enjoy while slowly savoring along with bitter coffee. I'll give you tips on how to use it as a basic cake sheet, as well as tips on plating.

Macarons & Dacquoise

Finally, the difficulty level is a bit high macaroonset DacquoiseI'm going to make one. So that everyone can practice enough and make a highly finished dessert 2 doses, 5-portion kitWe have prepared each one, so don't hesitate to try it out.
