Hallo I'm Doo Green, a vegetarian padisie. I ran the vegan baking workshop “Doo Green Kobo” for 2 years, and now I'm in charge of the vegan bakery at “Spring Green,” which aims for a healthy life.
I started vegan baking while trying to eat healthy. I wanted to make bread that my friend who is allergic to gluten, my dad with diabetes, and I can eat even if I'm on a diet.
