Hello! I'm Jang Hyo-jeong for a baking day.


I started baking at a young age, and I have been baking because I took it for granted without being aware that it contains a lot of sugar and butter.


However, as an adult, I began to think about this, and I didn't feel at ease when it came to gifting a dessert like this.


So I started learning and researching vegan baking in order to present a healthier dessert.


And now I'm doing vegan baking classes in combination with regular baking to diversify my dream and vegan baking.


I will let you know in advance what the students are curious about and the reasons why they may fail

I explained it easily so that I could enjoy baking a little more

I have been running offline classes that have been consistently loved for 2 years.


I'll give you lots of tips based on my experience!
