The kit is based on 'the guide sheet of the original text design" specially suited to the Class 101 curriculum. For those who have experienced chocolate pen art, you can practice in your own design.

The goal of this class is to learn the various uses of chocolate art. The class includes an original text that is easy to draw with the chocolate pen. You can practice writing the name of your children and friends. Enjoy making your own design!

In the bonus chapter, you'll learn how to color without pigment. A lot of you have been asking for this, so I prepared this class specially for you. The color of chocolate itself is good enough, but try making a difference by adding a glossy color. (The materials used in the bonus chapter are not included in the Kit. You can easily get those at the grocery store, so please give it a try.)

Q. Why did you want to make chocolate art?
A. I've been drawing on chocolate plates or plates for cakes in dessert stores, as a patissier at wedding halls, hotels and others for a long time. I had to learn chocolate pen art for work as a patissier. That's how I started in the first place. I'll provide you with a lot of tips that I learned by thinking about how I can convey the customers' messages.
Q. What's special about chocolate pen art?
A. On birthdays or other special days, we can express our love for our loved ones on the cake. That's the beauty of the chocolate pen art. There is nothing like watching people's face light up with joy when I show the cake, and ta-da! I hope all of you experience this excitement!
