The secret of a sold out recipe

Baked sweets seem easier to make than other desserts, A sensitive dessert where one small difference determines taste and completeness It's. This is because even if the balance of ingredients such as fillings, sauces, and pastes applied to the base of baked goods is slightly out of balance, it is easy to get tired of it.

Through numerous tests, we discovered the secret to the balanced taste of baked goods, and it became the most popular menu among customers during the three years of operation of the store. If you follow a recipe that has been loved for years for its consistent flavor, you'll be able to enjoy delicious baked goods at home, just like commercially available desserts.

From Madeleine, Huinangshi, biscuits, and pound cakes currently sold in stores, we would like to share with you the various types of baked goods, their charms, and the unique know-how of oh du gutte.

A sense of accomplishment for beginners

It's a different color for intermediate students

Because I wasn't a person who majored in baking either
through numerous failures and trial and error
I've settled on the current recipes.

I would like to conduct classes so that beginners who are interested in baked goods can feel the joy of baking and the sense of accomplishment of completing it on their own.

It is designed so that even for those who have experienced baking to some extent, they can experience color differences through new combinations of ingredients and recipes through slightly difficult baked confectionary recipes. Experience the limitless potential of baked goods through a variety of applications.

In a variety of variables

The fastest way to reduce failure

Baked sweets seem to be an easy dough compared to other desserts, but one small difference determines the degree of perfection. I will minimize the chance of failure by mentioning baked goods, where the results vary depending on various variables, and various situations that cannot be seen in recipe books in the class.

It enhances dignity

Post-processing work

Did you know that baked goods can be even fresher after the baking process? It is possible to create the same baked goods with different flavors by further upgrading the confectionaries through post-processing work.

Using ingredients such as jam and praline, and making actual ingredients yourself, we will also learn about the various details involved in a baked confectionary.

What is the happiest dessert

My own dessert

What we must not forget is that there is no right answer when it comes to making desserts. If you include the bar and taste that each person pursues, I think it is a dessert that brings happiness. I hope that by sharing my own know-how, you will be one step closer to a happier dessert time. I'll see you in class. Thank you
