Hallo Issy and Issha's space is run by a couple who love chocolate. We have been operating a chocolate manufacturing factory that has received HACCP (Haesoo) certification for 3 years, and we are also working on a chocolate education project to promote the appeal of handmade chocolate to many people. As an incumbent chocolatier, I also conduct classes for those who want to become chocolatiers, and I am also working as a certification exam director. Currently, I run a chocolate factory and workshop as a chocolatier, but on the way I walked I also specialized in nutrition and worked as a chef at my current job. We don't just teach you how to make chocolate, but we are doing classes where you can share what you've learned and felt through many experiences.

One of the classes kids really like is cooking class. Compared to other cooking classes, the chocolate class has a simpler process and preparation, so it's a great class to enjoy at home. Let kids know about healthy snacks and learn for themselves that homemade chocolate is more delicious and healthy!

I think it's important to help children gain a variety of experiences when they are young. This is because they can identify aptitudes and interests through various experiences, and serve as a nourishment for children to grow later! It's a great opportunity to learn about the job of a chocolatier and the process of making chocolate even when it comes to familiar chocolate.

Instead of just making homemade chocolate by people with special ingredients and skills, I studied a class where anyone can easily make and eat it according to the children's eye level. I removed the risk factors by not using fire directly and using warm water (50 degrees) instead of hot water when working with a water bath. In order for children to have fun following the lessons using a variety of materials, I would like to take 80% of the training portion!

This is Busan Gwangan Branch, the official partner company of the Korea Chocolatier Association.

Issy and Issha's space is run by a couple who love chocolate.

We also have children, so we wanted to tell them exactly what chocolate they like, so we studied a curriculum that focuses on practical training so that they don't get bored.

I think you can think of this class as just learning the essentials. After understanding the job of a chocolatier and the basic process from cacao fruit to chocolate, I will try to make a variety of chocolates myself, such as deep dark, rocher, salute, strawberry thin mold bar chocolate, etc.
