Notes before taking the course

If you're completely new to the 3D field, listen to Chapter 1 repeatedly until you're familiar with the basic operation of Blender. It will be much easier for you to follow Chapter 2 if you prepare for the additional YouTube video at the end of Chapter 1.
You will be using Blender and Unity as free programs, and Adobe's Photoshop (11,000 won per month) and Substance Painter (23,100 won per month) as paid subscription programs. You can decide to buy Substance Painter after seeing how it is used in the course and tried the free trial, but we recommend that you buy Photoshop as much as possible. The device you use includes a tablet and (if you use a mini keyboard) a Numpad keyboard.
ZEPETO has lower requirements compared to regular 3D modeling, but if you think about the future, I recommend using a gaming laptop with an external graphics card. CPU: Intel i7 or AMD Ryzen 7 or higher)/RAM: 16GB or greater/Graphics card: GTX 1060 or RTX 2060 or higher

I'm Dollbride, a ZEPETO creator and 3D YouTuber. I originally worked as a “doll repainer” where I drew new faces and made clothes for dolls. When I sewed by hand and drew my eyebrows one by one, I fell in love with the work without knowing how much time would pass. However, due to the nature of the handmade work, we were only able to produce and sell small quantities for a limited time. The cost of rent and materials for the workshop was also burdensome.

In the meantime, I learned that ZEPETO can make money by crafting items. It was nice to be able to start with just one laptop since it was virtually manufactured and sold, but the fact that it can be sold indefinitely was particularly attractive. You don't have to worry about inventory handling or shipping costs. In the metaverse world, cultivating professional skills and producing content as a creator also seems to be a part where I can feel proud.
