After many years of running wellness retreats, developing recipes for high-profile brands, and writing three best-selling cookbooks, I have unlocked the abundant potential of plant-based foods. I use simple, straightforward recipes and local produce to create delicious, sustainable meals that make you feel great. And now, you can too.


My speciality is Plant based (Vegan) and free from recipe development for brands, the hospitality industry and within food development.


I have written three cookbooks "Happy Vegan Food" , "7 Day Vegan Challenge" and my latest "Celebrate - Plant Based Recipes for All Occasions."


I run my own Health & Wellness Retreats as a retreat chef and also work as a freelance retreat chef. I also run the Retreat Chef Academy, where I teach all of this, including sustainability and waste-free principles that you adopt right from the start as a retreat chef.


I am passionate about exploring the potential of plant-based foods and the free-from space, using simple and basic principles that incorporate seasonality and local produce. Food that makes you feel good, that is grown in-season and nurtured by people who care.
