On busy mornings when it's hard to wake up the kids and get them ready, I'm always worried about not having time or energy to cook when I want to feed them well but don't think about eating. We've created a class for those looking for quick recipes to make but can't give up on their health.


I make healthy and tasty recipes to invite kids to the table in just under 10 minutes.


We will unveil the “Child Care Daddy Shim Chubu Table Menu” that even people who have never cooked properly can easily and quickly complete. It's not just a class where you memorize recipes. After drawing up a weekly diet table to save money on food expenses, we will build up cooking knowledge that can be used as a life skill.

As a housewife responsible for the whole family's meals and housework, I'll share with you all the tips I've researched. We will reveal in detail household tips that many people are curious about, such as ingredients that should be thrown away that were taken for granted, and common cooking mistakes that were used as a habit.


My cooking philosophy is 1) quick and easy 2) but putting health first. If I had any questions about cooking, I looked for papers and learned my own know-how by making my own.
