Hello, I'm Lala Bread R&D Pepper, who has been developing about 300 to 400 menus in the 5th year of menu development. I develop the entire Lala Bread menu from brunch, bread, desserts, and online products, and I am responsible for managing the bakery and kitchen.


I'm also a chef, but when I eat at home, I try to eat what I have without buying any special ingredients. It's too cumbersome because it costs a lot of money and a lot of hands to eat because it's like working.

Hello, it's Pepper who is serious about making and eating food. I started cooking when I was in high school, and after studying in Japan as a dessert actor, I joined Lala Bread by chance as a lecturer at a cooking school. Since it opened, I have been developing brunch, desserts, and drinks, and I recently published a Lala Bread recipe book because I want to let more people know how to make fun recipes. This class is designed so that you can enjoy brunch and meals with ingredients that are usually left in the refrigerator or can be easily obtained from a nearby supermarket, rather than ingredients that are difficult to obtain. I'll also introduce you to a variety of recipes, and I've designed them so that you can think about how easy they are to make. When I serve food, I can give more strength to praise my partner or customers that it is delicious and I want to eat it again, and I enjoy my work. I hope it will be a heartwarming class where you and I can cook like a chef and think that cooking is fun.
