Hello, I'm Kim Milan, a chef who runs a YouTube channel and has published 2 books on pasta and risotto. In this class, I'm going to complete a Western course meal using ingredients that are readily available in Korea.

Until recently, I worked for a long time at a 2 Michelin star restaurant and wrote 2 books, Kim Milan's Pasta and Kim Milan's Risotto.

Chef Kim Milan graduated from Italian culinary school ALMA after interning at Joia, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Milan and La Pineta, a 1-star restaurant in Bolgheri, Tuscany.
After that, he worked as sous chef at Ristorante Daniel and Chef de Partie at Michelin 1 star Lume. His most prominent career was working for 4 years at Seta by Antonio Guida, 2 Michelin stars in Milan, where he finished Senior Chef de Partie as his final position.
