About the class

Hallo I'm Peter, a lecturer specializing in IELTS.

In this class, we teach the general module (general module) of the IELTS exam, that is, letter-writing, which is a necessary writing subject for those who want to work or immigrate abroad.

This can be confusing, so to explain in detail again, the IELTS exam is divided into 2 types, depending on the purpose. There are two types of examinations for studying abroad, that is, the academic module (academic module) required by overseas educational institutions, and the general module (general module) exam required for overseas employment (company) and immigration (immigration).

Both the academic module and the general module have 4 areas: listening/reading/speaking/writing, but there are differences in 2 of these areas.

First, in the reading area, you must solve the mock-test based on the module according to the purpose. (question type varies)

Second, in the writing area, you have to write two types of tasks: task 1 and task 2, and task 2 (essay writing) is a common subject for academics and general purposes. However, task1 is completely different. Academic task 1 is graph analysis, and general task 1 is letter writing.

The areas we will prepare for in this class are letter writing, IELTS General Module Writing Task1.

In conclusion, the Total IELTS Letter Writing Class is a required course for IELTS enthusiasts who want to work or immigrate abroad, and is an additional part that can be useful in business or social life in addition to the exam. Writing letters in English in a global society is something you'll do someday, even if it's not necessarily for the purpose of the exam, so I recommend that you learn how to write letters in English together in preparation for that time.
