About the class

How can I create a writing habit?

I want to learn how to immerse myself in writing

Writing is a habit, not a method of writing.

For those of us who work 8 hours a day, I think we need a writing habit where we can record and share what we have learned in the field of our careers rather than training to become professional writers.

Why do many people find it difficult to write? I think there are four reasons. It's lack of experience, fear, frustration, and priorities. If you look closely, the inability to write is almost always related to psychological resistance. I have thoughts in my mind that “writing is difficult” and “I'm not good at writing.”

However, if you can bypass resistance and immerse yourself even for a short time, you will build trust in yourself as a writer. That's why I say, “The best way to create a habit is immersion.”

Have you ever heard the term “microflow”? The concept of immersion (flow) in psychology is a segmented concept so that workers can experience it in a short and clear manner. Through this lesson, you can identify the methods and principles for a short and deep immersion in writing, and experience “small immersion” in everyday life.

I think personal branding can also be carried out through writing. This is because there aren't many ways to express “I” and communicate in as much detail as writing. Through lessons, we'll show you 5 specific ways to brand with writing, and share the 5-step journey of personal branding. You'll be able to refine how you can grow through writing!

If you've always been hungry growing up, afraid to write, and overwhelmed, get ready for the quantum jump right now.

3 reasons why this class is special

❶ We will continue to understand in a systematic manner why writing is so difficult

Why is it so difficult even for professional writers to write?

How can we eliminate psychological resistance? We look at the reasons why writing is difficult by dividing them into 4 categories, and identify the problems of resistance experienced by professional writers. The essence of resistance is an illusion created by the mind. So rather than forcibly fighting with resistance or using external stimuli, it's important to have “short but deep, immersive experiences” as often as possible.

In this context, “habits” are more important to us than “writing ability.”

❷ We propose a “small immersion” methodology to create a writing habit

Do you know the concept of “immersion” in psychology?

It's a term that refers to the moment when the self dies out and you experience complete focus. How can I immerse myself in writing? In my class, I propose the concept of “small immersion,” which workers can apply to their daily lives. We'll also show you 5 specific ways to immerse yourself in writing. Furthermore, we also suggest a short meditation methodology to increase the immersive experience of writing. Use psychological techniques to create a writing habit!

❸ We suggest ways to continue personal branding through writing

In the age of video and images, I think personal branding is also possible through writing.
