The job of an instructor has relatively low barriers to entry in relation to age or experience. Anyone can stand on the pulpit if they have their own content, even if they are old or have no special experience. We are already living in such an age. There is no such thing as retirement age. Many people try their hand at the job of an instructor.

However, although the initial approach to the job of an instructor is easy, the possibility of sustainable growth is questionable. Teaching activities have a low barrier to entry, but no one is good at it. I do a lot of on-site lectures, but as a student, I have experienced many lecturers' lectures. Among the many instructors I've experienced, there were only a few instructors who were good at teaching like real professional instructors. There were a lot of things that were a bit disappointing because they were called professional instructors.
For those who want to go beyond beginners and beginners and become real professional instructors, I prepared this product to share my know-how about teaching techniques that I felt in the business and how to work for a long time as an instructor.
