[Differences from the existing Class101 teaching techniques course]

1. Provides practical design and self-growth diagnostic tools centered on actual field applications, such as ADDIE teaching methods and BEAF learning goal presentation methods

2. Securing “real power” through completion of comprehensive projects (course plans) and focusing on course branding know-how

3. Reflects the latest market trends (non-face-to-face, participatory, etc.) and suggests countermeasures for various cases/formats (online, offline, hybrid)

This curriculum covers a wide range of topics, from fundamental reflection on the meaning of the job of an “instructor” to practical competitiveness, and helps anyone grow into a “differentiated teaching expert.”

[Market trends and growth potential of teaching techniques]

“Business education,” “digital training,” and “facilitation” are in the spotlight at home and abroad, and demand for online/non-face-to-face courses has exploded. “Teaching Skills,” “Facilitating,” “Adult Learning,” and “Presentation Master” have maintained the top search rankings for the past 2 years on various global platforms such as Udemy, LinkedIn Learning, Fastcampus, and Coursera.

From corporate education to community leaders to single creators, 'education delivery capability' has become a growing field regardless of the times, and demand for interactive and participatory teaching techniques reflecting the characteristics of the online environment is also rapidly increasing.

From professional lecturers who want to use lectures as a career, or even one-person companies that want to build their own brands, the differentiated teaching skills and course planning methods they receive through this course, and personal branding strategies as instructors can be the starting point for actual business expansion, entering the instructor market, and generating high income.

[The creator's trial and error story as a beginner lecturer]

Everyone is clumsy at first.

I also stuttered and stood in the classroom with my messages unorganized. I've gone through almost every process of trial and error a beginner in teaching can go through. It was hard for me to understand myself, and I thought a lot about abandoning my career as an instructor.

After much trial and error, nowCourse planning, delivery, and engagement designWe have built up know-how to satisfy everyone from beginners to corporate customers.

In this class, I learned from years of field experience,It contains only “teaching methods that actually work.”

[What motivated you to launch this VOD product?]

The job of an instructor has relatively low barriers to entry in relation to age or experience. Anyone can stand on the pulpit if they have their own content, even if they are old or have no special experience. We are already living in such an age. There is no such thing as retirement age. Many people try their hand at the job of an instructor.

However, although the initial approach to the job of an instructor is easy, the possibility of sustainable growth is questionable. Teaching activities have a low barrier to entry, but no one is good at it. I do a lot of on-site lectures, but as a student, I have experienced many lecturers' lectures. Among the many instructors I've experienced, there were only a few instructors who were good at teaching like real professional instructors. There were a lot of things that were a bit disappointing because they were called professional instructors.

For those who want to go beyond beginners and beginners and become real professional instructors, I prepared this product to share my know-how about teaching techniques that I felt in the business and how to work for a long time as an instructor.

Little differences eventually make a big difference. I am convinced that those who want to become instructors, novice instructors who are just starting a course, or professional lecturers who are currently active in the business can become true professionals one step further than industry competitors if they understand and practice the content of this VOD product.
