If you first go through natural grazing in the vast grasslands of the United States and then finish the high-quality grain fattening process, you will get a savory meat quality unique to American beef. With just the right amount of marbling, you'll end up with beef that is unobtrusive and has a soft texture.

The best beef quality ratings in the United States are divided into Prime grade, Choice grade, and Select grade. The steak parts prepared for the class were prepared in a choice grade that can be easily obtained on the market. Buy American beef at a reasonable price!

In chapter 2, we'll make a porterhouse steak made from the “porterhouse” part that you can find in an authentic steakhouse, and a creamy spinach dish and grilled bacon with asparagus as a side dish to accompany it.

Used here The part called porterhouse is the part that comes out of a large chunk called American shoroin in small quantities. It is the same part as the T-bone with the T-shaped bone that we commonly know, but it is a much more expensive part with a larger tenderloin than a T-bone. (The diameter of the tenderloin is at least 3.2 cm) The sirloin tip has the advantage of being savory yet chewy, and tenderloin is characterized by its soft yet light flavor. The advantage of this porterhouse is that you can enjoy both sirloin and tenderloin.

Many people use it at home I'm going to use an air fryer to make porterhouse steak!
