Hello, I'm Onnidang [Onnidang], who has been running a macaron specialty store for 3 years.
Among desserts, I especially liked macaroons, and I opened a macaron specialty store 3 years ago because I wanted to make my own macarons that fit my taste. Since the opening, I started making shellfish, and I continued to participate in the Seoul Dessert Fair, and surprisingly, the first dessert fair I participated in was sold out early due to the longest waiting line.
Since then, so many people have always liked Onni Dang Clam Rong before opening the application form. At the request of 1 million YouTubers, I also shot a short video of making macaroons. In 2020, we expanded and moved after 1 year and 6 months after opening, and we are still running a dessert shop where many people wait in line to visit.
In the meantime, many customers, including regular customers, and café businesses have received a lot of inquiries about delivery and classes. Even though I was running a store, I couldn't afford to prepare for offline classes.
This time for the first time! Here in Class 101, I would like to open the know-how gained through a lot of trial and error over 3 years and recipes loved by many customers.
