Escape from Wahalmot

“Shall we try a glass of wine today?” Have you ever thought so, but when you just went to buy wine, you gave up because you didn't know what was what? An important diner asked, “Do you have a favorite wine?” If you ask this question, you may have been perplexed. If you take Oom's class, this will never happen. You can freely talk to sommeliers and wine shop staff like experts and choose wines according to your own preferences. Also, you'll be able to enjoy wine and refine the aroma and taste expression. After taking the course, you are no longer a “wow.”

Wine stories that are useful to know

There are countless charms of wine, but the biggest appeal is that it connects people. You can really talk a lot with just a bottle of wine in between. You can tell a person's personality just by their taste in wine. Also, if you study wine, you can naturally understand the history and culture of each producing country.

Let's enjoy the wine that you enjoyed with taste and enjoy it with style

The goal is for beginners who don't know much about wine to become familiar with wine, and for those who have experience with wine to be able to organize the information they know. Also, the goal is to be able to find wine that suits my taste so that wine can no longer be burdensome and can be perceived in a friendly manner.

Many people think wine is difficult, but after all, wine is alcohol. Why don't you take this opportunity to learn about wine in a fun and easy way?

A journey to find the perfect wine for my taste

I will explain in a simple way how to distinguish between the various wines and how those wines are made. We'll also look at how the taste and aroma of wine changes from country to country and region to region. Above all My wine tasteI'm going to look at the characteristics of various breeds that you must know in order to know, and I'm going to conduct a class so that they can be easily understood with parables I haven't seen or heard in books or other lectures. If you listen to Oom's lecture, you don't have to worry about what kind of wine you should drink anymore.

How to properly enjoy wine

How to store purchased wine in the best condition, The most delicious I'll tell you what you actually need, such as choosing a drinkable wine glass and the optimal tasting temperature. I'll also show you step by step how to open a wine without making mistakes and taste wine like an expert. It's basic to teach wine manners so you don't make mistakes at business meetings or important meals.

To be able to blend with wine

One of the differences between wine and other liquors is that there is a big difference in flavor depending on food pairings. This is called Mariju, and it has the effect of wine and food coming together to enhance each other. Rather than a simple formula like “red wine for meat, white wine for fish,” I'll tell you specific wine and food pairings with everyday foods.
