How to find the perfect swing

Do you still believe there's a right answer to swinging? There is no perfect swing in this world. There's just a swing that works for me. If humans were machines, there might be a correct answer, but the swing pattern varies depending on the mobility, strength, and tendencies of each joint. Therefore, in order to find the perfect swing, the body must be prepared, and if the body is not ready, it is necessary to apply a mechanism that suits the body.

PART 1. Find reference points through self-diagnosis

Swings, problems, and solutions that tend to occur by body typeI will present it to you. For example, in people who lack mobility in the hip joint, the pelvis is skewed to one side rather than rotating in place during a backswing. When that happens, the commonly talked about placer action comes out, and the lifting swing becomes easier to come out. If you check the mobility of each joint and understand what type you are, golf will be even more enjoyable. Do a swing that fits your body, or change your body to match your swing!

PART 2. Stretching+ exercises to improve your skills

Golf is an exercise that uses the muscles of the whole body to instantly generate great strength. Therefore, if the mobility of each joint and the stability of the muscles are not secured, injury is a natural procedure. There is a big difference in the results between making the right plan and doing it at random when studying. The same goes for golf practice. each Behavior-specific guidelinesWe will inform you so that you can learn to swing comfortably anytime, anywhere. Through image training We'll help you learn naturally as you learn.

Remember only two things

Rhythm and impact

Golf is Rhythm and impact timingIt's safe to say that's all. This is because the human body is bound to move naturally according to the rhythm. Does a 3-year-old child think about the swing order and posture? Even if you learn “rhythm” so that your body can instinctively move, the rest will follow.

Edit Image Info

Timing talks about the moment when each body moves efficiently according to the order and has an impact. Many people make an effort to move in order, but in fact, the timing is like a unicorn that cannot come out without rhythm, so I organized the class so that I can learn the most basic part rather than the technical part of the swing. If the foundation is strong, the results are bound to last a long time:)

Until the day you leave the field
