Vegan Pastry School

Hallo We are a vegan pastry school.

We started this project with vegan patissier Hari and YouTube creator Dan Jiang, with the goal of introducing delicious plant-based bakery and beautiful and diverse desserts to more people and expanding the range of vegetarian food options. In the meantime, I have worked in various bakeries and restaurants, and I have gained various experiences in running cafes.

Among them, I am particularly attached to bread and desserts, so I have been continuously researching vegan recipes from France, Poland, and the United States to create more delicious results. If you join our pastry school, you'll not only be able to make all the breads you'll find in Korean bakeries vegan, but you'll also be able to make gorgeous desserts that you haven't seen in Korea:)

We hope that more people will join us through this class 101, and we will help anyone enjoy delicious vegan bakery anytime.
