Hallo I'm Min Kwang, who teaches Ashtanga yoga Mysol classes, mind study, and meditation at Moksha Yoga Center, and runs the YouTube 'Minkwang Ashtanga' channel. I've been meditating and studying the mind for about 20 years, and I've been practicing Ashtanga yoga on that foundation. My long time of meditating and studying my mind greatly helped me learn how to use my body properly without getting hurt, and furthermore, I was able to understand how moving movements can lead to meditation. Through this Class 101 class, I would like to introduce Ashtanga yoga as a moving meditation, which is my most important value and methodology. I'll teach you how to train without getting hurt based on an awake mind, and try deeper and more difficult movements.
