The easiest and healthiest Italian home-cooked meal in the world

My food story begins in a mansion in Ferrara. I learned about the happiness of delicious food when I met my lady Paola, a skilful owner who also grows herbs and chickens in a house with an orchard. I learned how to cook over Paola's shoulder, and I thought I had an absolute sense of taste at the time. I tasted the lady's food and guessed what was in it. As it turned out, Italian home-cooked meals were like that.

It uses fresh ingredients, and the seasoning and cooking process are not complicated. When I cook in the kitchen, the staff ask, “Can I just put this in?” I used to look at it with puzzled eyes.

Yes! It will be. Tomato spaghetti has a fresh tomato flavor, and steamed clams have a clam flavor. It is because of the appeal of Italian food that the term Italian home-cooked meal is commonly used all over the world. It's the best hammock for a home-cooked meal.

I met my lady Paola, who I met when I was 26, even when I was 50 years old.

Every year I go to Italy to taste and learn about his new home-cooked dishes.

I'll share his long-standing recipe with all of you.

You only want Italian food and pasta?
There are plenty of vegetable side dishes, meat dishes, desserts, and delicious home-cooked meals.

I didn't even put eggplants or mushrooms in my mouth. But when I was in the dorm room, I enjoyed the eggplant and mushroom dishes that Sister Carremella gave me. Sautéing spinach in olive oil gives it a different flavor than spinach herbs. My grandmother, a boarding house from Sicily, boiled potatoes and served her gnocchi as if her mom had made homemade rice, and the heartwarming taste warmed my heart. Italians are a matriarchal society with a lot of respect like us The power of a meal is amazing. Other than talking about cooking, it's hard to make friends.

I was worried about rumors about a soup restaurant or a specialty soup restaurant. It can be a hearty meal, but it's so simple and easy to storeLearn the basics of making a soup.

If you make it and it's not pretty, you have to post a photo on Instagram like these days, but it's useless. The harmony of bowl and fillingI would like to inform you.

This feeling is clunky but looks deliciousWhat is it? Don't you miss the food your mom gave you or your grandmother gave you? I always think of the person I was with when I ate food, or who I wanted to give it to while cooking. Food is a memoryThis is it. I'll also share my memories and your memories.

From farmhouse slow food to recipes from Michelin chefs

I went on a cooking trip to Italy every year even before COVID-19. In Italy, there is a farmhouse lodging program called Agriturismo. Time to stay in a peaceful countryside and eat healthy food made from local produceis an oasis time for tired modern people. My dream is to run a farmhouse lodging like Agriturismo in Korea. Going to Italy and tasting everything from farmhouse food to Michelin chef menus is a great source of vitality in my life.

1. Measuring spoon: This is an essential tool for accurate measurement.

2. Cooking tweezers (30cm): We recommend using thin cooking tweezers, which are longer than those with blunt tips, and are easier to use when cooking.

3. Spatula: A cooking tool that is used in various stages of cooking.

Material kit

  • Ingredients: extra virgin oil
  • Creators recommend it for those who find it difficult to choose a large variety of olive oil. There are many good olive oils, but what I've experienced is that among the oils I've experienced, Pruneti uses a process method that minimizes oxidation, so it stands out for its texture and freshness. Grassy scent. I recommend it because it has an excellent appeal with a slight scent of apple and tomato

Lived in Italy for 13 years and traveled to Italy for over 10 years
From Roman boarding house grandmother food to Michelin restaurant recipes,
I experienced a wide range of Italian cuisine from southern Sicily to northern Milan
-<Italian home-cooked meal> Chinese-

I'm currently living in Busan, but I was born and raised in Seoul,

I lived for 13 years in Italy, where I left to study vocal music at age twenty.

The National Conservatory of Rome, where I graduated, is also the school of the famous soprano Josumi.

Even after graduating from a good school that was selected as one of the top three conservatories in the world, I got to work as a cook,

Sister in the convent dormitory kitchen where she stayed when she was an international student,

Grandma Anna at the Rome boarding house and Lady Paola from the Ferrara mansion

This is because I fell in love with the charm of Italian home-cooked food.

If singing was a gift to me as a talent, I would have started because I love cooking.

After completing cooking schools in various cities, I returned home

I served Italian food to my friends and asked them to tell them that it was really delicious.

That's how the cooking class started

Consulting for more than 10 restaurants to date,

It led to the operation of 'Sanmandi' and 'Uniko' in Busan and Jeju.

But my most exciting moment was when I taught them how to cook.

It was better to introduce new dishes rather than restaurants with the same menu.

That's why I also did YouTube under the name “Jung Hae-ri's Italian Food Trip,”

I just published a cookbook called <Italian Home-cooked Meals>.

Now that the non-face-to-face era has arrived due to the coronavirus, I'm going to try online courses.

I love Italy's warm and affectionate dining culture

I'm excited to be able to share it with more people.

It's a little slow, and it's a food made with care even if it takes time to prepare

I hope it will be such a time to share memories and health together.
