I'm Jeongeun Kim, a chef. After spending her childhood, college, and graduate school in Japan, she returned to Korea and has been active in the field of cooking-related nutrition for over 20 years, including lectures and cooking research at the Department of Traditional Culinary Arts at Baehwa Women's University. In order to share the joy of making noodle dishes, I would like to share with you the stories of various foods, various food cultures, flavors, and ingredients I have experienced so far.
