Hallo

I'm a creator cell dad with over 10 years of experience in sales.

영업실적의 8가지 비밀

▶ 8 secrets of sales performance

I worked mainly in sales from my 20s until I was in my mid-thirties.

I worked in sales in various fields such as cards, insurance, automobiles, restaurants, and construction.

Also, I did a lot of field-oriented work rather than internal work.

Starting with a new employee who was a complete beginner, I realized it in practice by heading to the ground

I captured 8 things necessary for sales in a video.

It allows you to learn practical know-how when it comes to doing business

It is more appropriate to call them the 8 guidelines in the middle stage.

It can be said that it is a common experience of people who do field-oriented sales

'Vague'

This vagueness is like leaving a sales office and wandering around looking for a place to do business

A lot of people doing that kind of business will feel it.

I did that too.

So we need a “plan.”

I planned it, put it into practice, and had dozens to more than 100 people a day

I was rejected.

They were caught and kicked out by security personnel.

I've often been ignored by people who treat people carelessly.

Therefore, a strong 'mentality' is necessary.

No one likes to be rejected.

I'm afraid to go further.

If the other party rejects my approach, suggestion, or request

And if no one agrees

Only those who have experienced that feeling know.

That's why we need to “come.”

If there are work colleagues around me who harass me countless times and despise me

What should I do if that person is too hard for me?

Should I just get hit?

Or should we fight?

At any rate, it's like eating up envy, jealousy, and backstory

Because there are people around me

It must not be shaken.

A person who wants to try this and that but doesn't do anything right

If there are good results, then the world is unfair.

But fortunately, if you don't work hard, your performance won't be good either.

If there is someone who doesn't seem to have worked hard but has a good track record

Trust it.

That's because he works so hard in a place where his colleagues don't see

It means you've worked and you deserve that much compensation.

So you have to imitate yourself in times of jealousy.

I did business on my own principles

Starting as a beginner salesperson

I set a goal and achieved it slowly

A period of good performance for over 10 years,

From, including periods of poor performance

10 million won per month

I left the company after achieving my goal of up to 20 million won per month.

Even now, I don't have any special foolishness about sales

Because I achieved my goal.

If you have a personal goal for sales

And if you have plans to do that

Or if you are a person who wants to do business properly

This video might help you.

This is what the video covers.
