Class introduction
In this class, we collected the main topics covered in the US Certified Public Accountant Examination AICPA, the International Financial Analyst Test CFA, and the International Alternative Investment Analyst Test CAIA in one lecture. There is a lot of content included in each exam and each subject/level of each exam, and the most important contents are grouped together for a more efficient understanding. These contents can be useful not only for testing purposes, but also in everyday life.
Below is an overview of each exam.

- The main content: Accounting, tax law, auditing, general management
- Acquisition requirements: Passed 4 test subjects, varies from week to week, usually 1 year or more related experience
🏆 ︎ Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- The main content: Finance, economics, traditional investment products (stocks, bonds, etc.)
- Acquisition requirements: Passed the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd exams, and more than 3 years of related experience
🏆 ︎ CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst)
- The main content: Alternative investment products (real estate, raw materials, termination funds, private equity funds, etc.)
- Certification requirements: Passed the first and second exams, and at least 1 year of related experience
This course is suitable for those taking the first step in studying accounting and finance, and as it deals with the contents of the exam, in-depth concepts often appear. We recommend that you adjust your pace appropriately every time, and that all students carefully assimilate their own knowledge before proceeding with the course. Also, since the test is conducted in English, I would like to inform you in advance that the lecture slides were also written in English.

Curriculum
Creator
The creator himself passed all the subjects/levels of AICPA, CFA, and CAIA, which are the subject of this course. After working in the financial sector for 2 years in the past, I am currently in a management position for a privately held company.
There are many deficiencies in trying to compress and cover a wide range of content as much as possible. We will try to answer in as much detail as possible if there are any parts you don't understand in the middle. I hope the course will be helpful to all students.
