Class introduction

“If you give praise, will the members work hard and improve their performance?” When asked, most people say yes. When I ask them why, they all say, “Well.” Are you not a leader who answers “well” to the same question? 3 reasons why this class is special

❶ “Praise makes whales dance?”

We will correct uniform leadership knowledge.

There is some leadership-related knowledge that someone said yes and is so widely known and still believes so. “Praise makes whales dance”, “Having a positive mindset increases creativity, so act freely” “If you break the framework of existing thinking, you have to be creative” “The reason you failed is because you really didn't want it!”

However, the reality is that if you give a compliment, you will repel who you are making fun of, and positive thinking can ruin your work. Creativity is best expressed when there are constraints, and failure is sometimes due to situations where willpower cannot be demonstrated rather than willpower. We will correct leadership knowledge that was misunderstood until now, and that only half knew.

❷ Applicable to various situations

I will show you the causal knowledge of psychology.

❸ It's not a story about catching a floating cloud,

We will tell you the specific application method.
