In the routine class, you will awaken your whole body with yoga using a variety of routines in the order of breathing, upper body, lower body, and full body.

We have prepared a [2-week course] where you do yoga every day for 2 weeks, and a [4-week course] where you do yoga for 4 weeks with parking divided by step, so try yoga with your favorite routine.

We've put together a yoga routine that even beginners can do right away, so even those who are worried about yoga for the first time will enjoy it in a relaxed and fun way.

We provide a 10-minute yoga routine with a “stretching routine for each part” that wakes up the parts that are usually asleep through various movements.
