This class is a routine class where you can spend time together to start the day through stretching routines for each part, so all of your classmates To be able to find a healthy body balance through yoga time that constantly wakes up the whole body every day I'm trying to help.:)



Wake up your whole body with a yoga routine with a different sequence each day.

In the routine class, you will awaken your whole body with yoga using a variety of routines in the order of breathing, upper body, lower body, and full body.


We have prepared a [2-week course] where you do yoga every day for 2 weeks, and a [4-week course] where you do yoga for 4 weeks with parking divided by step, so try yoga with your favorite routine.


We've put together a yoga routine that even beginners can do right away, so even those who are worried about yoga for the first time will enjoy it in a relaxed and fun way.

Do you feel heavy when you wake up in the morning? Or don't you sleep well in the evening? We provide a 10-minute yoga routine with a “stretching routine for each part” that wakes up the parts that are usually asleep through various movements.
