About the class

In order to lose weight, I used the power of surgeries such as raw food diets, fasting, detox diets, herbal acupuncture, appetite suppressants, lipolysis injections, and even abdominal liposuction and waistband surgery. However, in the end, I only failed the Yoyo diet over and over again.

Notes before taking the course

Prior knowledge: To understand a low-carb diet, you need to know the types of carbohydrates and which carbohydrates help you gain weight and which carbohydrates help you lose weight. Carbohydrates that help with dieting are dietary fiber, and carbohydrates that make you gain weight are called carbohydrates.
Carbohydrates = carbohydrates that raise blood sugar levels in our body and make us gain weight. It's also called net carbs, or pure carbs for short.

❷ Why You Keep Failing at Diets

What my failed diets had in common was, after all, “Eat less than usual, don't eat fattening foods while dieting, and endure.” Ironically, that's why I started yo-yo over and over again. My life is long and long, but it's impossible not to eat fattening foods for the rest of my life. So I decided to completely change my mind. How can I make myself lose weight and eat the fattening foods I want to eat? I'll do it.

What fattening foods have in common is “high carbohydrates” like “flour and sugar,” so I started looking for alternatives. Cotton sardines with a low carbohydrate index that can replace wheat flour, sugar substitutes, gochujang with a low sugar content, soy sauce, miso paste, starch syrup, etc. I also focused on using these substitutes to create a sync rate of 90% or more with the food I wanted to eat. I'm satisfied with the taste, but in fact, these foods don't make me fat like the food I used to. This is the core of a low-carb diet, a low-carb diet.
