Notes before taking the course

I was born as a 3.8 kg overweight child, and lived full and fat all my life until I became an adult. I was definitely in the 40KG,50KG range too!! I already passed that when I was in elementary school. From some point on, it's always between 80 and 90 kg on average!
When they see me fat, people say, “Aren't you dieting?” I used to throw the words carefully (it's annoying if you say it too carefully), and sometimes playfully (saying it too lightly is even more annoying). (I'll take care of my diet ^^;;;;) But I wasn't even able to answer with confidence. I went on a diet yesterday, and I'm still on a diet now, and it's not going well, so I think I'll go on a diet again tomorrow.

I really didn't open this class because I thought my diet method was perfect. I don't know how many times it took PD to make this class.
It's a happy diet method that I've been successful with, but rather than because it's a perfect and special method, I encouraged myself in the hope that it would help someone who is always struggling with the weight of dieting even now.
