About the class
I'll get you the Wannabe body you want in just 3 weeks. This is a project-type class where I go on a diet for 3 weeks with all of you and show you how to exercise and diet in reality. To give you more motivation, I'll show you how to directly gain weight by 10 kg or more and overcome various situations such as emotional regulation and unexpected variables for this class.

What makes my class special is its honesty. I revealed my situation and weight, and revealed the exercises, diet, and lifestyle I do when dieting so that I can show the results that it is a program that everyone can do.
