About the class

When my mind isn't free, I can't let go of something, and it's not as easy as you might think to look deep into what it is. It's easy to discover outward problems, but identifying the causes of problems that repeatedly make you uncomfortable in your life is because there are times when you need to go back in time to meet yourself and bring out the parts you don't want to see again.

🧘‍♂️ In this class, you can freely release consciousness through the body, expand widely, and develop the ability to look at oneself Basic consciousness regulation meditationI would like to experience it together. It may be a great greed for the mind to be freed in an instant, but if you keep training, you may feel a great sense of freedom at an unexpected moment. I hope your day will be a little freer than yesterday through classes with me
