About the class


This class includes a yoga routine for beginners so that all of your classmates can train their body and mind while feeling the energy of Jeju. Enjoy a healing yoga experience in Jeju through videos of Jeju's Halla Mountain and Jeju's sea.

Let's take a look at the group class movements at Yoga Center Yoga Room in Island Village, where various practitioners actually practice yoga in Jeju, and explain misalignment and alignment in detail. Here's a list of the parts that are easy to miss when practicing yoga on your own.

Instead of focusing only on the form of yoga movements, we will guide you to use your body in a little more detail by dividing the parts of the body that are key points. During this process, you'll be able to take a closer look at your body, muscles, and mind.

I am currently the director of a yoga school that runs a yoga school and teaches various yoga practitioners, and before I did yoga, my body was so stiff and my back pain was so severe that my daily life was difficult. There was a time when it was difficult for me to fully follow a regular yoga group class. Because of my own experience, I was able to prepare a class that fully understood the positions of people taking yoga classes.


Every year, many people who know my heart come directly to Jeju Island to experience it, take private lessons from me, feel changes in body and mind, and return to their daily lives. For me, these experiences are very rewarding and serve as a driving force for a better yoga practice.



I hope all of my classmates can experience my yoga classes and have time to train their body and mind through this class. For those who are new to yoga, the class will be as easy and comfortable to understand as taking a private lesson, and for those who have been doing yoga continuously, it will be an invigorating class to look back at their own body.
