Hello, I'm a Mitelier.

Hello, I'm a Mitelier who makes oriental desserts and runs a workshop. I usually like to learn while looking for fun things to do. I came across a dessert called Japanese confectionary because I also liked baking, so I went to a confectionery school, and I learned hard because I liked cooking, but I found Japanese sweets the most attractive thing for me, so I even started running a workshop.

The reason why Japanese sweets are attractive seems to be the variety of shapes. Nowadays, it is almost mandatory for many people to take pictures of food or desserts on social media before eating them, but I think it's also a really fun thing to be able to share the joy with people by taking pictures of the beautiful shapes of Japanese sweets.

Just as macaroons go well with coffee, Japanese sweets go well with tea, but I think the bitter taste of tea combined with a bite of sweet Japanese sweets makes for a really delicious dessert.:) I hope you all fall in love with the charm of cute Japanese sweets that are pleasing to the eyes and mouth!
